Today, the first day of December was our first official snow and a snow day to boot (pun intended). The sleet/freezing rain started last night and the snow came about three a.m. Not enough time to get it cleared up before school, so I received three phone calls at 6 a.m. with the happy news. NO SCHOOL!
I love snow. As long as I don’t have to shovel it or drive near idiots.
I used my time wisely–finishing up the Silver Bengal Jaywalkers. Who can tell where Charles leaves off and the socks begin? ABC will love them and wear them in fine style. After Christmas. They may as well be gifts since I’m finishing them so close to her birthday and Christmas.
